Job Overview:
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology, be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing, and understand how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business goals.
- Manage Digital Campaigns: Oversee all aspects of digital campaigns from concept to execution, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage the social media strategy, ensuring content is aligned with brand voice and goals. Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Content Creation and Optimization: Produce engaging and relevant content for our website and social media channels. Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic.
- Website Management: Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Creative Skills: Strong creative skills and ability to develop engaging content.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
